This amazing family of 3, fully enamelled hippos are one of our personal favourites from the Saturno collection. This is because the level of detailing in the enamelling is simply incredible. Multiple layers of hand enamel are built up on the pieces to create the coloured detailing, creating real works of art. This level of hand work is becoming a thing of the past, and we are very proud to sell these models. The hippos are available individually and each is presented in a smart gift box. The pieces have been lacquered to prevent tarnishing and each one carries full UK hallmarks for authenticity. For maintenance purposes, simply dust with a soft cloth from time to time.
